Experienced, hands-on General Manager for a full-service restaurant & bar. You own the whole operation — FOH and BOH teams, labor, guest experience, and profitability. This is the $60–80k GM track (Cheers pattern), not the $45–65k floor Manager role.

What you'll do:

Lead and develop FOH and BOH teams
Hire, train, coach, and hold employees accountable
Manage scheduling, labor, and daily operations
Ensure excellent guest service and food quality
Control food, beverage, and labor costs
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health department standards
Manage inventory and ordering
Help drive sales and restaurant profitability

What you'll need:

3+ years of restaurant management experience (General Manager preferred)
Full-service restaurant or bar experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost control
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice to have:

Multi-unit or turnaround experience
Bar program or beverage management background
ServSafe Manager certification
