What you'll do:
- Take orders quickly and accurately and execute craft cocktails with precision
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining room throughout your shift
- Be personable and engaging — guests remember bartenders who make the night
- Thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment during rushes
- Promote events and specials through word of mouth and social media
- Stand and walk for long periods while running a full bar
- Maintain good hygiene and follow all bar sanitation standards
What you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Good physical health
- 1+ year in a high-volume restaurant
- Knowledge of common bar drinks, liquors, beer, and wine
- Ohio Responsible Alcohol Seller/Server certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days
Nice to have:
- 2+ years high-volume bartending experience
- POS system fluency
- Strong communication skills
- Entry-level Microsoft Office experience
