What you'll do:
- Work directly with ownership to build a positive, engaging culture
- Manage events and promotions and oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
- Actively coach and develop team members
- Focus on cleanliness standards across the restaurant
- Analyze sales and labor numbers
- Multitask with a real sense of urgency
- Maintain proficient knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine
- Execute the restaurant’s Steps of Service
What you'll need:
- 5+ years high-volume restaurant experience
- 3+ years in management
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to have:
- 3+ years bartending experience
- ServSafe certified
- Flair-tending experience (optional)
