Johnny J's Pub & Grille in Medina is hiring a Bartender for our Irish-style pub with sports on the screens, where the week brings 69¢ boneless wings on Mondays, $2 off burgers on Tuesdays, and steak & chop night on Thursdays.

What you'll do:
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take orders quickly and accurately
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Execute craft cocktails with precision
- Sign guests up for the Hops & Shots beer-and-spirits program
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining room
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
- Follow all alcohol service and food safety guidelines
What you'll need:
- Previous bartending or serving experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of common bar drinks, liquors, beer, and wine
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items throughout a shift
- Available for nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Must meet Ohio requirements for serving alcohol
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Nice to have:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- POS system fluency
