We're hiring a General Manager – Restaurant & Bar to lead front- and back-of-house teams, manage scheduling and daily operations, and control food, beverage, and labor costs.

What you'll do:
- Lead and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Hire, train, coach, and hold employees accountable
- Manage scheduling, labor, and daily operations
- Ensure guest service and food quality across brunch, Happy Hour, and regular service
- Control food, beverage, and labor costs
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health department standards
- Manage inventory and ordering
- Help drive sales and restaurant profitability
What you'll need:
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience (General Manager experience preferred)
- Full-service restaurant or bar experience
- Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost control
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
