What you'll do:
- Prepare menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards
- Work grill, fryer, sauté, prep, or expo stations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with prep, stocking, and kitchen cleanup
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment through late-night service
- Support teammates during busy shifts
What you'll need:
- Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
