Johnny J's Pub & Grille in Medina is hiring a Server to work our dining room during the $5 for $5 Happy Hour (Monday–Friday, 2–5pm), weekend brunch (Saturday–Sunday, 10am–3pm), and our weekly features like Working Women's Wednesday and a $14.99 fish fry on Fridays.

What you'll do:
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Demonstrate menu knowledge, including weekend brunch and weekly features
- Ensure food and drinks are delivered promptly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
- Follow all alcohol service and food safety guidelines
What you'll need:
- Previous serving or bartending experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items throughout a shift
- Available for nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Must meet Ohio requirements for serving alcohol
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Nice to have:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- POS system fluency
