Johnny J's Pub & Grille, Portage Lakes (3333 Manchester Rd #3, Akron, OH 44319) is an Irish-style pub with sports on the screens, open daily 11am–2:30am. We're hiring a General Manager to lead and develop FOH and BOH teams, manage scheduling and labor, and control food, beverage, and labor costs across daily operations.

What you'll do:
- Lead and develop FOH and BOH teams
- Hire, train, coach, and hold employees accountable
- Manage scheduling, labor, and daily operations
- Ensure excellent guest service and food quality
- Control food, beverage, and labor costs
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health department standards
- Manage inventory and ordering
What you'll need:
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience (General Manager preferred)
- Full-service restaurant or bar experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost control
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Schedule: Full-time, with evenings, weekends, and holidays required to match the pub's daily 11am–2:30am hours.
