Johnny J's Pub & Grille, Portage Lakes (3333 Manchester Rd #3, Akron, OH 44319) is an Irish-style pub with sports on the screens, open daily 11am–2:30am. We're hiring a Restaurant Manager to work directly with ownership overseeing day-to-day operations, coach the team, and manage events and promotions, including the pub's weekly Tuesday trivia night.

What you'll do:
- Work directly with ownership to manage day-to-day operations
- Manage events and promotions
- Actively coach and develop team members
- Focus on cleanliness standards
- Analyze sales and labor numbers
- Maintain proficient knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine
- Oversee execution of service standards
What you'll need:
- 5 years of high-volume restaurant experience
- 3 years of management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask
- Available for nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Nice to have:
- 3+ years of bartending experience
Schedule: Full-time, with availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings to match the pub's daily 11am–2:30am hours.
