Johnny J's Pub & Grille, Portage Lakes (3333 Manchester Rd #3, Akron, OH 44319) is an Irish-style pub with sports on the screens, open daily 11am–2:30am. We're hiring a Server Assistant (Busser) to support servers and bartenders, clear tables, and keep the dining room clean during service.

What you'll do:
- Assist servers, bartenders, and barbacks with on-shift duties
- Remove dishes and glassware from tables quickly and efficiently
- Sweep, mop, and maintain floors
- Assist management, servers, and bartenders with on-shift tasks
- Work with cleaning chemicals and sharp tools safely
What you'll need:
- No experience necessary; entry level
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Reliable transportation
- High standards for cleanliness
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Nice to have:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well with others
Schedule: Scheduled as Full-Time or Part-Time, with shifts across the pub's daily 11am–2:30am hours.
