Johnny J's Pub & Grille in Springfield is hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee a pub open daily 10am–2:30am, including the $5 for $5 Happy Hour and the Hops & Shots program of over 120 beers and over 130 select spirits.

What you'll do:
- Work directly with ownership on events, promotions, and day-to-day operations
- Actively coach and develop team members
- Focus on cleanliness standards
- Analyze sales and labor numbers
- Maintain familiarity with steps of service and how to execute them
What you'll need:
- 5 years of high-volume restaurant experience
- 3 years of management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine
- Available for nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Nice to have:
- 3+ years of bartending experience
