Johnny J's Pub & Grille in Springfield is hiring a Server Assistant (Busser) to keep the dining room clean and tables cleared during weekend brunch (Saturday–Sunday, 10am–3pm), the $5 for $5 Happy Hour (Monday–Friday, 2–5pm), and Working Women's Wednesday.

What you'll do:
- Assist servers, bartenders, and barbacks with on-shift duties
- Remove dishes and glassware from tables quickly and efficiently
- Sweep, mop, and maintain floors
- Keep the dining room clean, neat, and well maintained
- Assist management, servers, and bartenders with on-shift tasks
What you'll need:
- No experience necessary; entry level
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
- Reliable transportation
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- High standards for cleanliness
- Able to communicate and contribute to a positive customer experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Nice to have:
