Johnny J's Pub & Grille in Strongsville is hiring a Line Cook to work our kitchen stations through high-volume lunch, dinner, and weekend service.

What you'll do:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Work stations including grill, sauté, fry, pantry, and prep
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation on every plate
- Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory rotation
- Work efficiently during high-volume lunch, dinner, and weekend services
- Support fellow team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience
What you'll need:
- Previous line cook, prep cook, or kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Dependability and a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
