What you'll do:
- You'll plan and coordinate daily schedules across multiple concrete and flatwork crews.
- You'll walk each job site every morning to confirm crews have materials, equipment, and clear direction.
- You'll inspect forms, rebar placement, and finished concrete before and after every pour.
- You'll enforce jobsite safety standards and correct hazards on the spot.
- You'll report daily progress, delays, and change orders to the office and to clients.
- You'll lead client walkthroughs at project milestones and at punch-list completion.
- You'll track crew hours, material deliveries, and equipment needs against the project schedule.
- You'll resolve scheduling conflicts between crews, suppliers, and subcontractors in real time.
What you'll need:
- 3+ years supervising concrete or general construction crews.
- Strong working knowledge of concrete placement, forming, and finishing methods.
- Able to read and interpret site plans, grading plans, and specifications.
- Comfortable managing multiple crews and job sites in the same week.
- Able to be on your feet on active job sites for full shifts and to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license; authorized to work in the US.
Nice to have:
- OSHA 30 certification, or willingness to obtain one.
- Experience with scheduling software such as Procore or Buildertrend.
- Comfortable communicating with crews in both English and Spanish.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday with early starts; occasional Saturday work during peak season.
