- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health department standards
- Manage inventory and ordering
- Help drive sales and restaurant profitability
What you'll need:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience (General Manager preferred)
- Full-service restaurant or bar experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost control
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Schedule: Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. The Nut House Pub & Grille is open Monday–Friday 11am–2:30am and Saturday–Sunday 9am–2:30am.
