What you'll do:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including craft cocktails
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service at the bar
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Demonstrate menu and drink knowledge and make recommendations to guests
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including a weekly deep-clean
- Follow all alcohol service and food safety guidelines
What you'll need:
- Previous serving or bartending experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items throughout a shift
- Must meet Ohio requirements for serving alcohol
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of common bar drinks, liquors, beer, and wine
- POS system familiarity
