What you'll do:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to the kitchen's recipes and standards
- Work the grill, fryer, sauté, prep, or expo stations in this role
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitary while preparing food
- Check food quality and consistency on items from the assigned station
- Pay attention to presentation as part of the same quality standard
- Assist with food prep before and during service
- Stock supplies and rotate inventory as the kitchen works through service
- Support teammates when shifts become busy
- Balance station cooking with food prep, stocking, and support for teammates during busy service
What you'll need:
- Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Team-oriented attitude and positive work ethic
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
