What you'll do:
- Perform general facility maintenance and minor-to-moderate repairs
- Troubleshoot equipment, fixtures, and building systems issues
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks on a rotating schedule
- Coordinate with managers on priority repairs across the property
- Keep work areas safe and document completed maintenance
- Escalate specialized trade work when needed
What you'll need:
- Maintenance technician or comparable facilities experience
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Nice to have:
- HVAC, plumbing, or electrical exposure
- Restaurant or multi-site facilities background
- Relevant certifications
