Town Tavern Copley, a bar and pub at 125 Montrose W Ave in Copley, OH, is hiring a Server to take food and beverage orders, make sure food and drinks are delivered promptly and accurately, and keep the dining room clean and organized.

What you'll do:
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Ensure food and drinks are delivered promptly and accurately
- Demonstrate menu knowledge and make recommendations to guests
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room
- Follow all alcohol service and food safety guidelines
What you'll need:
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items throughout a shift
- Must meet Ohio requirements for serving alcohol
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Schedule: Town Tavern Copley is open Mon–Fri 11am–2:30am and Sat–Sun 9am–2:30am. Full-time and part-time positions available with flexible scheduling.
