What you'll do:
- Greet guests and provide attentive service at the bar and dining room
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Demonstrate menu knowledge and make recommendations to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
- Follow all alcohol service and food safety guidelines
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
What you'll need:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must meet Ohio requirements for serving alcohol
- Previous serving or bartending experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items throughout a shift
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of common bar drinks, liquors, beer, and wine
- POS system experience
- Strong communication skills

Schedule: Town Tavern Green is open Monday-Friday 11am-2:30am and Saturday-Sunday 9am-2:30am.
For employees covered by the Ohio minimum wage of $11.00/hr (2026), base pay plus tips must meet that minimum for all hours worked; the employer must make up any shortfall.
