About The Town Tavern (Green): The Town Tavern (Green) is a local Restaurant / Sports Bar serving Uniontown and surrounding communities.
What you'll do:
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, procedure, and food safety standards in the kitchen
- Stand and walk for extended periods on the line
- Identify and follow proper food handling procedures
- Execute plating and presentation standards on every ticket
- Monitor hot- and cold-holding temperatures
- Maintain good hygiene and follow kitchen sanitation standards
- Pitch in on cleaning projects weekly and daily as needed
What you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year in a high-volume kitchen
Nice to have:
- 1+ year in a scratch kitchen
- ServSafe certification
- Ohio Food Safe certification
- Culinary education
