What you'll do:
- Prepare menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and food safety standards
- Monitor hot and cold holding temperatures
- Assist with prep, stocking, and kitchen cleanup
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Support teammates during busy shifts
What you'll need:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in a scratch kitchen
