Experienced, hands-on General Manager for a full-service restaurant & bar. You own the whole operation — FOH and BOH teams, labor, guest experience, and profitability. This is the $60–80k GM track (Cheers pattern), not the $45–65k floor Manager role.
About The Town Tavern (Green): The Town Tavern (Green) is a local Restaurant / Sports Bar serving Uniontown and surrounding communities.
What you'll do:
- Lead and develop FOH and BOH teams
- Hire, train, coach, and hold employees accountable
- Manage scheduling, labor, and daily operations
- Ensure excellent guest service and food quality
- Control food, beverage, and labor costs
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health department standards
- Manage inventory and ordering
- Help drive sales and restaurant profitability
What you'll need:
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience (General Manager preferred)
- Full-service restaurant or bar experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost control
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Nice to have:
- Multi-unit or turnaround experience
- Bar program or beverage management background
- ServSafe Manager certification
