About The Town Tavern (Green): The Town Tavern (Green) is a local Restaurant / Sports Bar serving Uniontown and surrounding communities.
What you'll do:
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and make menu recommendations
- Ensure food and drinks are delivered promptly and accurately
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room throughout your shift
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Promote events and specials through word of mouth and social media
- Walk and stand for long periods during service
What you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Good physical health
- 1+ year in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Ohio Responsible Alcohol Seller/Server certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days
Nice to have:
- Strong communication skills
- POS system fluency
- Prior serving experience in a busy restaurant or bar
