Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

Donovan Digital Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the Donovan growth-marketing platform and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including specific terms for our SMS/text-message program.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, and the details of any request or inquiry you submit through our websites or forms — as well as basic technical data (e.g., device and usage information) needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

SMS / text messaging

If you opt in, we send SMS text messages such as one-time login verification codes and transactional notifications about your request, appointment, or account. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile data sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or text-messaging consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information is used solely to deliver the messages you requested.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not send marketing, promotional, or cold-outreach text messages. Customer-care messages are sent only to people who contacted us first and explicitly consented. Account-security codes are sent only to the verified recovery number for an invite-only owner/admin account after an authorized login or recovery action. Full program details, message types, and opt-in/opt-out instructions are on our SMS Opt-In and Messaging Terms pages.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, messaging, email, and hosting providers) under contracts that require them to protect it, or when required by law. We never sell your personal information, and — as stated above — mobile opt-in data is never shared for third-party marketing.

Data retention & security

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Contact us at donovan@donovandigitalsolutions.com.

Rogue HQ mobile app

Rogue HQ is an employee workspace published by Donovan Digital Solutions LLC for authorized Rogue restaurant users. It uses the same Donovan Platform account and location permissions as the restaurant portal. Account access is administered by the organization; the app does not offer public account registration.

The app processes your account identity, assigned locations, authorized hiring records, and your personal applicant-view history to provide the workspace and your unread count. Opening an applicant records that you viewed it; this does not mark it viewed for another user. Hiring records and shared manager actions remain in the existing platform.

Your mobile session is stored in the device’s protected credential storage. Applicant records are held in app memory rather than a persistent offline database. Documents you choose to open are downloaded to temporary app storage; copies you export to another app or service follow that destination’s storage and privacy rules. Signing out clears local account state and temporary app documents and revokes that mobile session.

If you enable notifications, we store a device push token, device platform, notification preference, and delivery status linked to your account. Expo, Apple Push Notification service, and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging process the token and notification payload to deliver alerts. Alerts may identify a restaurant and an unread count, but do not include applicant names, contact information, résumés, or manager notes. You can turn notifications off in Rogue HQ or your device settings. Device delivery and badge timing depend on the operating system and network.

Rogue HQ uses Expo to check for and deliver compatible app updates. Expo processes technical update and crash information to deliver updates and help diagnose failures. This information is used for app functionality and reliability, not advertising or cross-app tracking.

External links, including Indeed, open the relevant service and may require a separate login. Those services have their own privacy policies. Rogue HQ does not collect your Indeed password. We do not use the app for advertising or cross-app tracking and do not request access to your contacts, microphone, camera, or precise location.

For access, correction, account closure, or deletion requests, contact donovan@donovandigitalsolutions.com or your organization administrator. We verify your authority before handling requests. Some hiring and security records may need to be retained for the organization’s operations or legal obligations. Disabling notifications or uninstalling the app does not itself delete your platform account or hiring records.
