These Terms govern use of the Donovan Platform and the marketing services operated by Donovan Digital Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the platform, connecting an account, or asking us to do work for a business, you agree to these Terms. Text messaging is also covered by our Messaging Terms. How we handle personal information is covered by our Privacy Policy.
What the service is
We provide a growth-marketing platform and related services for businesses we work with. That can include websites, lead and request handling, reporting, and connections to advertising or publishing accounts that a customer authorizes, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad accounts. A connection lets us read and manage the accounts the customer chooses so we can do the work they asked for.
Accounts and access
Platform access is for the business that was granted it. Keep sign-in details private and tell us if you believe an account is being misused. You are responsible for the people you allow to use your account. When you connect a third-party account, you confirm you have the authority to connect it for that business.
Your content and connected accounts
You keep ownership of the content and accounts you provide. You give us permission to use that material, and the data those connected accounts make available, only to operate and deliver the services you asked for, to secure the service, and to meet legal duties. We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text-message consent for third-party marketing.
Acceptable use
- Use the service for lawful business purposes.
- Do not access an account, page, or ad account you are not authorized to use.
- Do not interfere with the platform, other customers, or the providers we use to run it.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Results
Marketing results depend on the business, the offer, the market, and the channels involved. We do not promise a specific search ranking, follower count, lead volume, or advertising outcome.
Stopping the service
You may stop using the platform and disconnect a connected account at any time. We may suspend access if these Terms are broken or if we need to protect the service or another person. Disconnecting an account stops new use of that connection. It does not erase records we must keep for security, billing, or legal reasons.
