No marketing or cold outreach. This program is limited to the operational messages described below. It does not send promotional texts, purchased-list texts, or recruiting/applicant texts. Any future consumer-facing recruiting program requires its own live consent flow and compliant registration before launch.

Scope

This notice applies only to the Donovan Digital Solutions LLC Donovan Platform alerts operated through Donovan Platform. It supplements any general privacy notice published on the brand website.

Information used

We use the opted-in recipient’s mobile number, the opt-in record (date, source and disclosure version), the business account the alerts relate to, message delivery and opt-out events, and the limited operational content each alert needs: call outcome, source, caller name and number, and a secure CRM link for call and lead alerts, or the one-time code for security messages. We do not use this program to send marketing, promotional, recruiting or consumer messages.

How information is used

  • To send the operational messages the recipient requested.
  • To route, secure, troubleshoot, and document those messages.
  • To honor STOP, HELP, consent, retention, and legal requirements.
No mobile data sharing for marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS/MMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all data sharing and will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers and legal disclosures

Donovan Digital Solutions and Donovan Digital Solutions LLC may use contracted service providers, including telecommunications and hosting providers, only to operate and secure this requested program. They may also disclose information when required by law. These limited operational disclosures do not permit third-party marketing or promotional use of mobile opt-in data.

Retention, security, and choices

Program records are retained only as long as needed for service, security, compliance, or legal obligations and are protected with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. A recipient can stop messages at any time by replying STOP and can request access, correction, or deletion through the support contact below, subject to legal retention requirements.
